Ornament Stolen 3100 Block Area of Monet Dr. - Returned One Year Later

On December 17, 2011, we noticed that our plastic baby Jesus yard decoration was stolen from our front yard. The last it had been seen was December 16, 2011. The baby Jesus was returned almost a year later on January 26 2013, with a crude drawing of genitals on it. There is an alleged suspect, an individual who has been attempting to harass and intimidate us for years. The crude drawings may have been done by a female but the suspect is a male. The police took a report but were otherwise of little help with this incident.

The alleged suspect has been on our property before where he was observed walking to the other side of the fence on our property and also a peeping tom incident at our front window where the person's height matched that of the suspect.
